Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle A resident in the 2800 Block of NW Circle Blvd reported their vehicle was broken into sometime the previous night. Assault IV/Strangulation (DV)- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 3400 block of NE Lancaster. Warrant Arrest An officer observed a male on the property of a residence in the 1100 block of NW 13th St in the early hours of the morning. Shoplift- An officer was at a business in the 500 block of NE Circle Blvd when an employee reported a theft that occurred the day prior. The merchandise was recovered and the male suspect was arrested for Robbery III and taken to jail, the female was issued a citation for Conspiracy to commit Theft III and released. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest as well. A 45-year-old male was arrested for violating the order and for charges from a different investigation. The male was previously trespassed from the store. Threats- A female Corvallis resident reported a male Corvallis resident made concerning and threatening statements to her. She was placed into custody and later released with citations for the warrants. He was taken to jail and booked. The male provided a urine sample in addition to taking the breath test. Fight- Officers responded to the 3200-block of SE Maritime Street for a report of a physical fight. The caller identified the two juveniles to the officers. The male was taken into custody for Burglary, Strangulation and Criminal Mischief. The suspect then fled the area and was not able to be located. The female had outstanding warrants for her arrest and was issued citations in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest Officers responded to a residence in the 2200 block of SW 3rd St for a verbal domestic. When officers left he male returned and caused a disturbance again. Officers discovered an unknown female suspect was caught on camera keying a vehicle in the parking lot before leaving. The person started to overdose and had to have Narcan administered and be transported to the hospital. The male returned a few minutes later, and was arrested for Criminal Trespass II. Warrant Arrest A 57-year-old Corvallis resident was contacted in the 900 Block of NW 34th St. She was arrested on an active warrant. Trespass I/Theft III- A male with no fixed address returned to a business in the 1200 block of NW 10th St after he was previously trespassed from that location. Warrant arrest- a 57 year old male with no fixed address was taken into custody on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant (FTA- Criminal Mischief 1) after being contacted near NW 12th ST/NW Monroe Avenue as a suspicious person. The vehicle was seized pursuant to a search warrant as it appeared to have multiple stolen items inside. The officer observed the male was intoxicated and he was taken into custody for DUII. Officers located the two suspects, a 32-year-old male and a 29-year-old female, in the 100 block of NW 15th St when they exited the bus. Two separate addresses reported cold forced entry burglaries. Burglary Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of NW Kings Blvd. Officers discovered a vehicle was dropped off for service at a local dealership and then was stolen sometime overnight. Officers were unable to get in touch with the females probation officer to confirm the conditions of her probation, and she was released without charges, with referral being made to Linn County. The suspect was contacted and taken into custody for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct. Officers learned the vehicle was stolen between Monday-Thursday. Warrant arrest- A 36 year old male with no fixed address was cited on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant (FTA-PCS meth) after being contacted on a suspicious person complaint in the 5500 block of SW Philomath Blvd. The victim found their bicycle outside of the restaurant after it was stolen 6 months prior. The suspect was taken to the LEC and issued citations. The male was contacted and issued a citation in lieu of custody on an outstanding warrant. The male was contacted and taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II. Disorderly Conduct II Officers responded to the 1400 block of NW Monroe Av for a female throwing items in the store. The officer observed the male was impaired and he admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving. The suspect, a 48-year-old male Corvallis resident, was contacted and arrested for the violation. The male was taken into custody, after being cleared by CFD and later issued a citation in lieu of custody. A male suspect was caught on a doorbell camera. At the LEC, the male was issued a citation due to jail protocols. Trespass 1 Officers responded to a residence in the 1600 block of NW Forestgreen Ave for a report of a burglary in progress that just occurred. The female was taken into custody for violating the Release Agreement. The individual had active warrants for his arrest out of Corvallis Municipal Court; he was issued citations and released. The investigation revealed a male and female shopped in the store before selecting a chain and presenting payment with a credit card. The business did not wish to pursue charges for the theft. Benton County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) deputies said the unidentified 62-year-old driver was traveling northbound on Highway 99 West on April 13 when his Kia Spectra crossed the highway's centerline and crashed into a large tree on the west side of the . The male was issued citations and released. The suspect left the restaurant by the time officers arrived but was located nearby and placed into custody. Tampering w/Property Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of NW Jackson Ave for the report of a suspicious incident from the night prior. Violent Conduct Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of SW Monroe Avenue for the report of a 32 year old male, Hillsboro Resident, who was trying to start fights with multiple people. A 42 y/o female Corvallis resident was contacted and issued a Special Response Notice for Disorderly Conduct. The officer observed large amounts of garbage and property strewn around a vehicle being lived in that was impeding pedestrian traffic. Conflicting accounts of events, and a lack of evidentiary information prevented criminal enforcement action. She suspected she lost her keys the previous night and she believed someone found them and subsequently stole the vehicle. The caller reported multiple incidents of people prying open a gated area and moving items around and trespassing on his property. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody for the incident. The car had previously been impounded as a traffic hazard and was released to the owner. Officers learned a 32-year-old Corvallis resident got into an argument with the caller.
